Terms and Conditions:

1. Media Accreditation to TNM 2012 can only be collected in person with a valid Press Pass.
2. In the case of missing signature, stamp or/and non viod Press Pass the organizers have the right to reject/deny any Media Accreditation application. 
3. Media Accreditations will ONLY be granted to journalists defined by the law (Article. 7 paragraph 2. Subparagraph 1. dated January 26^th 1984 of the Polish Press Law).
4. The Organizers wish to make it clear that Media Accreditations will NOT be granted to club representatives, band members, sponsors and advertisement agencies officials. Media A Accreditations will automatically be discarded.
5. The final deadline for Media Accreditation submission is July 15^th 2012.
6. Please send your Media Accreditation Applications (signed by your Editor in Chief) via email to: akredytacje[at]happymonday.pl.
7. Press Accreditations are free of charge and limited in amount. Info about Accreditation with the positive or negative decission, will be send to all interested via email by July 31^st 2012.
8. A valid Press Accreditation entitles it’s bearer to enter the festival grounds and unlimited access to the Press Area during all festival days.
9. All terms and conditions regarding video recording of all festival events (video and photo footage) shall be delivered to the accredited media and photographers on the day of the event if not sooner.
10. Any breach of the terms and conditions or attempts to pass the Accreditation on to a  third party holder shall result in immediate Press Accreditation cancellation.
11. The Organizers reserve the right to deny Press Accreditation to anyone without stating the reason.

Please fill out your Press Accreditation Application clearly and carefully. Any mistakes made in your application may result in denial.

A condition necessary for granting the Press Accreditation is obtaining a print out version of

the Accreditation application (the .pdf version download here) with all the necessary signatures (Editor in Chief) and official stamps, and sending it via email stated above.
